Spiral Highrise

Tel Aviv, Israel - Texas, USA

High Rise Spiral project was a theoretical exercise made with Neumann. There was no specific site. A central core of stairs and an elevator provided access to the apartments while serving as the main structure.

The apartments were not "densely packed", leaving open space between the two parallel helixes, thus creating semi open terraces for each apartment.
