Municipal Library

Haifa, Israel, 1998

The Municipal Library in Haifa was designed together with Rafi Segal as a proposal for the competition held in 1999. Located on the Carmel hillside, the project takes advantage of the particular topography to provide a kind of cultural centre with multifunctional spaces extended into open terraces.
